The Procurra eRFx solution

Procurra offers a very user-friendly tool for both buyers and for suppliers. Buyers create their questionnaires exactly as if they were preparing their tender offline: they define the structure of their tender as required, with sections and questions within each section.

They can easily channel the way in which their suppliers will respond, by selecting an answer type for each question (text, numeric, attachment, multi-choice, yes/no, etc). They can also score the answers in order to include into their global assessment and comparison, all price and non-price elements.

Buyers can compare side-by-side, online or offline, suppliers' responses, which will save them a lot of time.
