¡Adelante! How do you continue to move your career forward, stay connected with your Hispanic colleagues and keep up-to-date on new supply chain strategies? You attend the 5th Annual Hispanic Supply Management Summit presented by the Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM). The Hispanic Summit offers you a unique opportunity to network and move your career forward while you help to develop and grow the Latino workforce in the supply chain. Your attendance helps us to work towards the goal of creating mentoring and scholarship programs for Hispanic students in supply management programs.

Nothing replaces face-to-face networking and learning. Online networking just doesn't deliver the same results as physically meeting a new contact. Connecting, or re-connecting, in person can spark innovative procurement solutions but most of all it can give you the connections needed to push your career to a new level.

You need the benefit of real interaction with your colleagues and with time built in for networking, the Hispanic Supply Management Summit is the place to be.

  • Develop and Grow the Latino Workforce in Supply Chain Management
  • Get an Economic Outlook for Supply Professionals
  • Learn from Top Hispanic Supply Chain Executives from Deutsche Bank, Starbucks, Veolia Water N.A. and more

In its 5th year, the Hispanic Supply Management Summit offers you forward-thinking solutions — global sourcing strategies, sustainable water resource management, overcoming stereotypes to take control of your career and insight on economic strategies. This is a chance to roll up your sleeves and find out what other organizations are doing to get ahead. Look for sessions that address how you can unleash your innovative spirit as well as a riveting panel discussion on disaster planning. Our opening speaker delivers insight into the uncertain economy. Be sure to attend the executive roundtable networking event and gain some top-level perspectives.

Back By Popular Demand

The ISM Hispanic Supply Management Summit is at the same time and same location as the Black Executive Supply Management Summit and the Women Executive Supply Management Summit. Each summit has its own set of workshops, but general sessions are together. This gives you the added benefit of networking time with your colleagues attending the other summits. You are welcome to attend any of the concurrent sessions offered by either of the other Summits.

Who Should Attend This Program

Supply management professionals from all industries and organizations benefit from these sessions, especially those who have or may be considering suppliers in Latin America or suppliers primarily owned and operated by Latinos. The emphasis of this program is for Hispanics in supply management to address experiences in the workplace that may be unique to them. However, everyone with a passion for supply management that values a diverse workforce and supplier base are invited to learn and network at this event. Students in supply chain management degree programs are also invited to attend.

In principle and in practice, ISM values and seeks a diverse membership, volunteer leadership and staff. There are no barriers to full participation in the Institute on the basis of ethnic background, gender, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin or disability.

It is the express policy of ISM to comply at all times with all existing laws, including the antitrust laws, and in furtherance of this policy, no activity or program will be sponsored or conducted by or within ISM which includes CAPS Research, which in any manner will represent of be deemed a violation of any antitrust laws.
