The Digital Age, and all its innovation, is having a dramatic effect on traditional outsourcing agreements. New Digital Age technologies are shaping how businesses work with suppliers and provide new experiences for their customers. Digital Age technologies tend to be less customizable, more shared, require less deal-specific investment, scale better, be less expensive, and be more automated than those use used in traditional outsourcing services. As a result, the very way that we create value and mitigate risks is changing; bringing wholesale differences that will dramatically alter the contracting process.

Please join Mayer Brown partners Brad Peterson and Rebecca Eisner as they discuss how Digital Age providers and services are disrupting and changing the way in which enterprises investigate, buy, negotiate with, select, govern and manage digital age services providers. Topics to be discussed include:

•Defining Digital Age services
•Current trends in Digital Age technologies
•Emerging critical legal issues
•Shaping the contracting process
