Pamela A. Scott is an executive coach to CEOs and business owners, focusing on communication, managing people, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Pam started her company 20 years ago. For much of that time, she has coached engineers and architects to be leaders in their companies. She says the coaching “takes the mystery out of what they didn’t teach in engineering or architecture school.” In January 2016, Pam launched MentorLoft.com, a site dedicated to helping young professionals take charge of their careers. She’s using what she taught to CEOs and sharing it with our next generation of leaders. Pam mentors young professionals on what they need to know to move forward. She also frees up time for business owners by mentoring staff on their behalf. Pam Scott brings more than 25 years of communications expertise and leadership experience as, a national award-winning newspaper editor, a communications specialist writing for Congress and a successful entrepreneur specializing in coaching clients to reach their full potential.
